Campbell Rose
Our Chairman.
As our Chairman, Campbell has a reputation as one of Australia’s best administrators. He has led the Victorian Major Events Company (VMEC) through a period of unprecedented growth - including the successful national and international bids for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Cam has recently finished an 8 years CEO role with the AFL Western Bulldogs, and is now the CEO of a major construction and land development group.
 Michael Pratt
Founder and Executive Director.
Michael established Michael Pratt & Associates in 1978. A change of corporate identity occurred in 1998 when Pratt & Co. Financial Services was born. In 2002 Pratt & Co evolved and expanded into SME Commercial Finance.
With over thirty years of experience in the finance industry, Michael has turned a small business into a major force in equipment and business finance.
Michael's philanthropic interests include being the chairperson on several committees, fundraising for numerous medical foundations, and contributing to various charities.

 David Williams
Business Development Manager.
David has worked in the Finance industry for almost 10 years and has had experience as a Business Manager for Mercedes. Prior to joining SME Commercial Finance he sold prestige cars and still has a passion for motor vehicles.
Providing superior customer service and knowledge of a variety of industries, allows David to give personalised, independent advice to his clients, and structure loans to meet their individual needs.
David enjoys family time with his wife, young son and boating.

 Ken McLean
Business Development Manger - Yellow Goods.
Ken is well known as a specialist financier to the earth moving industry. Before running his own business for twenty-one years, Ken's previous experience was as State Manager for a large Australian distributor of earth moving machinery. This experience has been invaluable to Ken when servicing his clients' financial needs for yellow goods.
Ken is a long standing and passionate Tigers supporter.

 Len Fuller
Business & Administration Manager.
Len joined our team in 1992. Len has over thirty-five years experience in many sectors of the finance industry, including leasing, commercial finance and mortgage banking.
Len provides clients with the utmost level of service and ensures efficient and timely transactions. Prior to joining SME Commercial Finance, Len was the Leasing Manager at NatWest Australia Bank.
Len’s other interests include golf, sailing, as well as a regular motorcycle ride with his two sons.

Business Equipment Credit Manager.
Frank has over thirty years experience with credit proposals - virtually unsurpassed in the banking and finance sector. The knowledge and reputation that Frank holds is one of the most sort-after in the industry. His previous roles have been with major Australian banks and finance companies.

Administration Asset Finance
Arthur has over 18 years experience in the finance industry, covering residential, commercial lending and mortgage banking. Having spent just over 7 years with Challenger Financial Services, achieving the Operations Manager Role within a 4-year term. Arthur has also held senior internal auditing roles with major Banks and Finance companies.

 Harry Ren
Finance Officer
Harry joined SME Commercial Finance as a graduate and has gained valuable experience in the Mortgage & Asset Finance Departments of the company. He is an associate Member of the CPA and has a Master’s Degree in Banking & Finance. Harry is a keen sportsman and his interests include playing soccer, basketball, table tennis, and badminton.

Avanthi Algama
Credit Support Officer
Avanthi brings in Finance, Lending and Relationship Management experience in corporate and Institutional Banking from a 14 year banking career with Standard Chartered Bank.
She also holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Southern Queensland.
Alice Rohan
Executive P.A.
Alice has over fifteen years legal experience (secretarial and paralegal) followed by middle management and management roles in the legal, political and philanthropic fields. Alice has been an integral part of our company for over ten years.
Allison Tayler
Receptionist
Allison has recently joined the SME Commercial Finance family after a short trip abroad to take up the Administration role and assist in the Mortgage & Asset Finance departments.
Prior to joining SME Commercial Finance, Allison's background was mainly in the hospitality industry but has taken a keen interest to the Financial Industry and is the friendly face who welcomes you at reception.
