Campbell Rose, Chairman: Campbell has an enviable reputation as one of Australia's leading administrators. Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Western Bulldogs. Prior to this he led the Melbourne Major Events Company Limited - through a period of unprecedented growth and was responsible for winning major national and international events for the city, including Melbourne's successful national and international bid for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Campbell also represented Australia in the Finn Dingy Class at the First International Goodwill Games in Russia in 1986; and was an Olympian and team member in the defence of the America's Cup in Perth in 1987.
Michael Pratt, Executive Director: Michael has over 30 years experience in the finance industry. He established a vehicle finance business in 1978 that has grown through organic growth and acquisitions, into Pratt and Co. Michael is currently Managing Director of Pratt and Co, a finance consulting business, which provides a full range of financial services products to small and medium sized enterprises. Outside of Pratt and Co. Michael's philanthropic interests include being the Chairperson on several committees, fundraising for numerous Medical Foundations as well as contributing to various charities.
Michael was employed by Blackwood Investments (the finance arm of a public company) from 1972 C 1978, prior to establishing Michael Pratt & Associates. Michael commenced independent operations in the finance consulting & broking industry with a number of clients from the luxury motor vehicle industry. Whilst further developing the company's presence in the finance market Michael saw the opportunity to expand his business and provide a greater range of financial services to a growing base of clients; an equipment finance and mortgage (residential & commercial) division was formed in the mid 1980's and quickly established the company as a large underwriter of volume based business of commercial finance.
The company went through a change of corporate identity in 1998; Pratt & Co Financial Services was established to cater for the ongoing finance requirements of their clients, not only for motor vehicles, equipment finance and mortgages; they also were providing major alliances with banking partners throughout Australia for the 3000 client base.
With the advent of the oncoming changes to the Banking sector, Michael established S.M.E. Commercial Finance in 2002 to have their own brand in the market. Since the inception of S.M.E. 6 Banking partners have signed undisclosed Principal & Agency agreements to allow Pratt & Co to fund their clients through a single entity as well as establishing the brand name of S.M.E. as funding alternative for the business sector.

Len Fuller, Sales & Administration Manager Len has over 35 years' experience in the finance industry, covering leasing, commercial finance and mortgage banking. Prior to joining Pratt and Co. Financial Services (in 1992), Len was the Leasing Manager at NatWest Australia Bank Ltd. Outside of the office, Len's interests include golf, sailing and the occasional surf with his two sons. Alice Rohan, Executive PA Alice has 15 years' legal experience (secretarial & 'para legal') followed by middle management and management roles in the legal, political and philanthropic fields. Alice has been an integral part of Pratt and Co. Financial Services for over 10 years, and her role now concentrates mainly on office administration.
Ken McLean, BDM - Yellow Goods Ken is well known as a specialist financier to the Earthmoving Industry. Before running his own business for 21 years, Ken's previous experience was 15-years as State Manager for a large Australia Distributor of earthmoving machinery. This earthmoving experience has been invaluable to Ken when servicing his clients' financial needs. On 3 December 2001, K.A. McLean Finance Brokers merged with Pratt & Co. Varda Paterson – Reception and Mortgage & Asset Finance Support

Varda’s background has been mainly in PA and administration roles in the finance and legal fields, particularly intellectual property litigation. After working for many years, including a position with Michael Pratt & Associates in Carlton, she had a break to have her family and take on motherhood full-time.
Varda has returned to the Pratt & Co family after a long stint out of the workforce, to take up a support role in the Mortgage & Asset Finance departments, and is the friendly face who greets you when you arrive at reception.

Penni commenced her career with BMW Finance at Doncaster BMW where she offered motor vehicle finance solutions, as well as focusing on customer retention. Penni was able to gain an intimate understanding of the motor finance industry and develop excellent customer service skills.
Penni has now joined Pratt & Co as a Business Development Manager focusing on business equipment as well as motor vehicle finance.
