We have been dealing with Michael Pratt of SME Commercial Finance for a number of years, over this time they have established and settled lines of credit for our business, plant & equipment, motor vehicles as well as a number of mortgages that were required.
The service and attention to detail levels have been excellent; recently I inquired about a sale and hire back agreement on plant and equipment for our Group, we had instructed Michael to source the funding facility in a particular manner. Our current banking relationship were unable to assist to compete with structure that was sought.
Michael had the transaction approved and settled in a timely manner without further security.
