I have been doing business with Michael Pratt and his company for over 25 years.

During that time Michael has financed everything from investment properties, business equipment, motor vehicles (both business and pleasure) and houses.

As of the current date I currently have financed through SME Commercial Finance, equipment from a number of car wash locations (value of in excess of $500,000), seven motor vehicles, business premises and the houses and a boat of my two sons.

As we all know, banks are fair weather sailors and Michael's greatest attribute is his ability to get deals set during difficult times when the banks are reluctant to even talk to you.

In business, speed is of the essence and is often the difference between doing a deal and losing it. Michael has always had an uncanny ability of cutting through the red tape and getting things done in a timely manner and with a minimum of fuss.
